Yes, it's been a sad time losing my four legged little friend, and yes it is fresh still, in my mind but I can't help but feel that it isn't fair to her memory if I continue in a downward manner.
I was dropping her off at my ex's house, as I was setting her bag of food on the counter she had made a bee line through the large cavernous house and out the set of french doors, across the patio, and in the shallow end of the pool. Not to swim like you would think or even to drink in long gulps because it was hot.
Nope she peed.
I was so shocked but we all laughed, what a greeting, what a dog.
What a relief!
